- Don't put the rest of your life on hold
- Don't let infertility become the only topic of conversation with your partner.
- Get a good night's sleep to avoid being too tired to make love
- Put laptops on a table - not on your lap
- Stress is bad for the libido - actively work on reducing stress.
- If your partner masturbates often, he should stop (it's natural)...
- Make love on alternate nights rather than every night
- Timing is important - but don't become obsessed by timetables.
- Take fertility vitamin supplements!
